Robin Morgenstern.
I build software focused on AI, automation, mobile apps, and server deployment.
M.Sc. Computer Science student at TU Dresden. Working Student at Infineon & developer of HideZone.

About
I am a Computer Science Master's student at TU Dresden. Alongside my studies, I work as an Automation & AI working student at Infineon (Siltectra), as a student assistant at the university, and as an independent software developer.
In my working student role at Infineon, I develop internal applications and automate workflows. I recently built an AI-powered Jira ticket bot, added new features to an AI maintenance chatbot, and improved its security. At TU Dresden, I work on computer vision and edge computing. I developed a Raspberry Pi edge system that projects augmented reality guidance directly onto industrial machinery.
As an independent developer, I focus on building and shipping end-to-end applications. I created HideZone, a location-based mobile game with over 25,000 downloads on the App Store and Google Play. I also design custom systems for enterprise clients, including secure remote desktop tools and virtual machine services.
I work primarily with Python, Docker, Next.js, and Dart, with my strongest expertise in Python and Docker. My goal is always to write clean, reliable, and well-tested code that delivers a smooth user experience.
Experience
Working Student, Automation & AI
Infineon Technologies AG (via Siltectra GmbH)- Developing and maintaining internal applications to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Enhancing an internal maintenance chatbot with new automation features and security integrations, such as Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Developing an AI-powered tool that automatically generates and creates Jira tickets from meeting recordings.
Independent Software Developer
Self-Employed- Built and shipped HideZone, a location-based mobile game with over 25,000 organic downloads across the App Store and Google Play.
- Designed and delivered a secure remote desktop client with time-linked authentication for an enterprise customer.
- Built a mail forwarding service that routes incoming emails to the users of dynamically allocated virtual machines (VMs).
Student Assistant
TU Dresden- Trained SSD object detection models on custom datasets representing industrial machinery components.
- Built a Raspberry Pi edge system featuring camera calibration, server auto-discovery, and projector-based augmented reality overlays.
- Integrated Dockerized backend inference servers with edge devices over a distributed network pipeline.
- Containerized deployment pipelines with Docker to ensure reproducibility across laboratory environments.
